groups
Groups are very welcome at Smokehouses in Gudhjem, Allinge and Snogebæk. We have a lot of experience hosting groups (big or small); School trips, birthday parties, retirement groups, cruise trips, etc. There is room for everyone, but of course it is important to book ahead of time so we can be prepared to give you the best experience. Resevation is minimum 20 persons.
Buffet or a lá carte
We have had a lot of success hosting groups who choose our buffet. It is a good price with a wide selection available to please everyone.
Smoked herring on rye bread
Smoked herring with rye bread, butter, radishes, chives, eggs and salt is a Danish classic called Sol over Gudhjem. We recommend it to tour bus guests who only have short time in Gudhjem. When booked, it is served and ready at the tables when the guests arrive, often enjoyed with beer and local snaps.
